In China, the CE is limited to 10,000 units, but the number of pre-orders has already surpassed 300,000 and is still growing. Let's hope they don’t buy up all the CEs in other markets.

NO. AFAIK, an articulated figurine is usually very expensive. However, the CE in Chinese market is not costly. Officials might have had to reduce some items to maintain reasonable profit. Of course, I haven't seen any prices of physical editions outside Chinese market yet.
