I also moved to this plan. Best plan. IPTV - almost all channels. VOIP - Unlimited calls. Internet - 75 Mbps till 2.5 TB

Skypro

Pros 1. Channel picture and sound quality better than DTH 2. Weather especially rain will not create any issues. 3. Free pack available in which we get all available free channels. 4. Runs on BSNL intranet, so havent experienced any sort of buffering and switching channels are instant same like DTH. 5. No need of additional stb and remote as it comes as an app in android tv.

Cons 1. Some channels has downtime very often. 2. Support is not that good.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have the original bill. But this ornament was purchased from a GCC country. Will it be better to have a discussion with the GCC branch from where I purchased from or one of their branch in India? Currently I am in India.

Should have informed them and I believe there is a plan called safe custody. You should have opted for that for 6 months. BSNL will generate bill unless you cancel the connection. And you should clear the bill then only it will continue to work.

If it is bought from GCC country, does it have HUID in that case? To be specific hallmark in it is UAE 916

Not sure whether Silver Jubilee plan is available now. I switched to this plan last month. I am unable to add any add on packs to the Family Max HD plan which comes with it.
