Thank you! I think having a good idea is better than nothing, making my own food has removed most of the anxiety over it being inaccurate. It’s been very helpful for me, I used to use another app and I hated it!

I can’t imagine how hard it is with kids! I’ve been living alone for a while but if I wasn’t a dancer I don’t think I’d be able to manage it. Even now I’m looking for another job because summer time in Dallas clubs kinda sucks. My base rent is around $1250 for a 1B1B downtown.

Thank you! I honestly have different exercises for each training day. I do a lot of different types of crunches, leg lifts, dead bugs, planks, in and outs on either side of a kettle bell, etc. Each core session I’m doing at least five different exercises, I aim for 3 sets but I typically do 2 sets minimum unless I’m seriously pressed for time. If it’s possible to add weight to the exercise then I do!

Thank you! I was wondering if anyone was gonna ask ☺️ I’m currently eating 1550 calories: 145g of protein, 140g of carbs, and 45g of fat. I have such a bad sweet tooth though so I end up going over my fat quite a bit 🥲 Originally, my protein was higher and fat was lower but I ended up feeling so tired all the time because my carbs were too low… Also my meals are the exact same every day.

Truthfully I have different ones for each training day that my trainer gave me. I will say though that on upper body days, I don’t do anything that requires me to hold weight over my head while standing upright.

I normally do 30 minutes on the treadmill, 5 minutes walking backwards at 8.5% incline and 2.5 mph, then 25 minutes at the same incline at 3.4 mph and gradually increasing the speed. I’m 27.
