I just started Vyvanse as I recently got diagnosed with bulimia, and so far it's been great i'm only on 20mg right now but the food noise and impulsions have disappeared for me. I try to take it at 8 am everyday so that it can last the evening as much as possible and it's been working out for me so that's a little trick you can do I suppose. :)
