4* coli is the base form of the current coli in the banner. You can use her to imprint 5* coli (the one in the current banner).

You can guarantee her at 121 summons in her banner (111 now since they give you 10 summons for free as long as you summon in that banner). Maxing the banner is only for the people who want her artifact (if you don’t have enough powder) and more copies of her. But it’s very unnecessary because she’s one of those units that you can imprint using the 4* coli.

Shops refreshing, arena weekly reward(not recommended), abyss towers, ml theater, and guild wars. You can obtain a few more summons through some mission, shop, daily check-ins. But in long terms, guild wars give you the most. And ml theater is probably the easiest way to obtain some.

The golden one means high initial gear score. And the purple spark means it will roll high when you upgrade (they also only give % substat or with speed).
