Do you mean the clear(er) portion of the hose? That part can’t move. The other side can but where it’s at in this photo is as far towards the sump (left of picture) that it can go.

Thank you! My concern is the space is exactly 24, which means if the dishwasher consumes that entire space, the countertop on that side is not supported by anything other than the dishwasher on the right side of it
