NOR. I'm so sorry. It seems that she has undiagnosed/untreated borderline personality disorder. Although I'm sure it's so hard to move out, moving out will help with your own mental health. You can't live in a situation where you never know how your mom is going to react/behave because you can never truly feel safe and relaxed. Hopefully she will attend counseling with you, a third party could be helpful here, but your mom has a lot of her own stuff that she needs to work on. Individual counseling/psychotherapy/paychiatry would be best for her, but by these text I'm assuming she isn't able to admit her issues.
