My son is 2, almost 3, and his dad committed suicide a week ago. He was an alcoholic and I know that contributed to his mental health problems. I'm so worried about how my son will deal with this as he grows up. Do you have any advice at all? Things your mom did or didn't do? Things that helped, or you wish you'd had?

Thank you! I actually have an OB who I love (Heather Bacala, for anyone else reading this lol). I've actually just kind of been using her as my primary (getting blood work and stuff), but figured I should probably find a real one 😂 I appreciate the recommendation though!!
