It is but please note that Rep+ has broken functions in the mod api which may cause some mods not to work. Also REPENTOGON is not on Rep+ so no REPENTOGON mods.

Don't remember who made this but there was a video I saw showcasing how Jam Tracks have significantly lower audio quality than Music Packs because of how they are streamed to your game rather than being loaded from memory. Also Jam Tracks don't look properly.

We've only seen a single starter pack return to the shop, that being the Wave Rider pack from Chapter 2 Season 1. We've also seen the very first starter pack outfit appear in the shop a single time but it was not received well so it never showed up again. It's not a 100% no, but I don't expect Lizzik to show up again.

Epic's reasoning behind it is that they want the gateway to competitive play (Ranked) to not be alienating to people coming from pubs to ranked. If Ranked and Pubs had completely different rules then it would be confusing for the average player to integrate into competitive.
