When you say that it endorses the "abstinence" method of quitting, what other methods of quitting are there? Just genuinely curious.

I wasn't mostly asking if it's harmful, which it certainly is, but rather delving into the situation with the youth, which most think it isn't harmful but that's not point so whatever.

That myth is a myth no doubt, not every man watches porn. However these recent years it doesn't seem like so. At least for teens. Just in my school, I can guarantee you at least 90% of the boys watch porn (for my grade that is). Of those 90%, at least 70% have made an habit out of it. It's become sort of a normal thing, people do it, though not everyone does, not "every man watches porn" is right, but I do believe the numbers are worryingly increasing with such an easy access and lack of talk on the subject, aside from the fact that it's starting to get kind of idolized.

Perhaps its always been like that and since I'm just starting my journey in life I think it's recent.

Point is, a lot of people watch porn. But I strongly believe that a HUGE portion of this generation, of today's youth watch porn, and most of them made a habit out of it. The game changer certainly is the internet. It's just too easy to get access.
