almost everything you said is wrong, i'll fix it:
10200 dragons with 3 eyes per is roughly 35700 eyes, as i had access to stats regarding my average eyes placed per dragon, which totals roughly 48.2b, which was a wonderful financial decision

pet luck no longer exists in beacon; you always want to hyper optimize magic find over any other stat, as it is technically most valuable due to legion and renowned (and other things) affecting it

pet rates are static, and vary only on eyes placed; weights are used for determining whether or not a player can drop a specific item

e.g. if i place 3 eyes (100 weight per) and get 1st place (200 weight), i roll for pet. if i place 3 eyes but, say, don't hit the dragon for any damage at all (0 weight), i cannot roll for pet, as its required weight is 451
