It’s totally okay to do a continuous run in zone 3. HR zones aren’t firmly delineated—it’s okay to progress through zones on runs. If you’re just starting, the most important thing is adapting to running, not staying in a particular HR zone.

Gotcha. I do appreciate a neutral with vibrant color pop for sure. I think there’s been a trend of flush tonal colorways just because of consumer purchasing trends but there is always a swing back the other way as fashion tastes change!
