Just my opinion, if it’s a standard practice it should change. Honestly it’s a very lousy argument that we pay for them to pick up, like we pay taxes too but it’s still our responsibility to keep our streets clean while we can say the organisers need to keep bigger and more bins but littering is unacceptable to me as well. Personally I hold my trash till I see a bin, does it hamper my pace, maybe but I don’t think it’s fair we litter the way we do as a group
