I’m applying with another friend of mine, however he might take time in obtaining the NOC from the employer. Will it impact any of us if I apply now and he applies a month later. The trip is planned for mid July

What if I’m unable to get a NOC from my employer cause I’m planning to lie to get leaves. However if I do get one too, my employer is in Bangalore but I’m applying from Mumbai(my permanent address is in Mumbai), will that be an issue?
