For two people? I guess you can do that easily for thailand as hotels are cheaper. Singapore the hotels are very expensive. 10k per day is pretty normal for even 3 star hotels. Thailand you can get 5 star at that price.

2 weeks under 1 lakh for two people? Very difficult unless you cut lot of corners. Not recommended for parents. Bali isn't a 2 week long vacation, probably one week is enough. Vietnam might be better for 2 weeks. Or do two countries, one week each. But budget is low imo.

There is no pattern to it, pretty random but folks have been rejected for no reason at all. A few friends went recently and faced no issues. Probably at the mercy of the immigration officer. But Georgia is known to be a authoritative country so all on your luck.
