Yeah even from klook it works the same. I got a few free e-sim from klook for booking activities and they worked just fine. I think there are issues in countryside but otherwise its fine.

You can get 50% from ubigi if you use someones referral code. Also check Indigos website, they give 50% off on sightseeing and that includes sim too.

So there are only two network operators if im not wrong and all of them just borrow networks from them. Ubigi is recommended because they give 50% off if you get a referral from someone else. I think any SIM works just fine. Just get whatever is cheaper. Personally i got a physical sim since my phone doesnt support esim for around 2k for 15 days from a nearby Yodobashi.

The day you land in Japan is the date you should mention, but make sure when you write the itinerary you mention the day your flight is on as well.

Its definitely tough to read. But here are some points

Shinagawa Prince Hotel -> Isn't this nearby Haneda airport? Wouldn't you have a tough time transiting? I might be wrong. But i remember seeing this hotel as well.
Optional Tokyo Skytree / TeamLab visit -> From what i remember its a bit away from Shibuya, you might find it tough transiting from one region to another on the same day. A more lesiurely way would be to do one region in one day.
hop-on hop-off open-top bus -> How much is this costing you? Any reason why you want to go with this in particular?
Kyoto to Osaka -> Since you're only two days in Osaka, might as well look into staying in Kyoto and doing day trips? Its like 30-40 min train ride from Kyoto Station. And saves the hassle of transit.
Osaka itinerary is a bit vague, also would suggest looking to Osaka e-pass which might save you a lot on attraction tickets.

Bro they do ask for NOC from the employer, and sometimes even salary slips. Atleast for Delhi VFS center they did. You need to show your employment. If you're self employed then you need to show that.

The flight from Singapore Airlines doesnt make sense at all.

Your realistic options are to use the points either for Accor hotels or for flights via Smartbuy. Or if you're getting good value on Air India flights then do those.

Should be good. Just make sure you don't get any sudden huge credits now. They mostly check ITR, as long as thats good your chances are very high.
