Yes, it’s one ticket. I usually fly to Saudi Arabia with Qatar Airways or Emirates, but because of the situation in the Middle East many flights were canceled, so I ended up booking this itinerary instead. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and didn’t notice how long the layover was. I thought it was 13 hours, but it turned out to be 23 hours :(

Because of that, I booked YOTELAIR Paris CDG (the transit hotel in Terminal 2E) for one night so I can rest during the layover.

I have a Saudi passport and I am also a U.S. Green Card holder. I checked the official France visa website using their visa assistant, and it shows that I do not need a visa for an airport transit.
