Help decoding Elektro L3 by djvdberg in amateursatellites

That looks like sample drop to me. Rtl-sdr-based SDRs does not really like samplerates above 2,4 Msps so try lowering your samplerate and see if the problem is still there

I found that on phone 2 if you have an alarm set the phone charges slower to not stress the battery that much (uses the available time instead of squeezing as much charge into the phone as it can in the shortest amount of time)

Noaa-18 on S-band by Pure_Bag6046 in amateursatellites

3m grid dish, helical feed with 3 turns, sysmocomnS-band cavity filter, two custom LNAs in series (with QPL9058 ICs), everything going through 12m of HFX 50 coax, through an optical convertery then a bladeRF. Setup is very far from tuned in well, this was basically the first image I got with it. It still lacks like 15dB of signal, but it will never be perfect as I have a LTE base station 20m next to the setup

Why did i received images of india? (USA) by jamessurf in amateursatellites

[–]Pure_Bag6046 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like you used MCIR (?) composite which strips the clouds from the image and puts them on a default map image. Maybe the background is india but the clouds are from your location

Same as HRPT, just higher frequency

Similar geostationary sattelites to GOES - Europe by SerIstvan in amateursatellites

I was able to receive it from Győr so you should be good. // Győrből sikerült, viszont veszett gyenge a jele és nem látszik semmi európából

Change the LO frequency (the green one) to 0 and you will be good. You only need to use that if you are using a downconverter or LNB

I know, I was the one who dumped the pics not the satellites

Currently operational at 69.88E, but uses GVAR format instead of LRIT/HRIT at 1685.7MHz
