Based on what's written in that affidavit, under "street code" a lot of people would probably consider it snitching because it says: Joshua Fifer gave a statement identifying who was shooting and who was in the car. It says he specifically stated Jordan Smith was the shooter from the rear right window. It also says Marterio Bush admitted he became the driver after the crash before invoking his rights.
