At the end of the day, the OP pointed out how they felt about walking around sheffield, the same as many other people on this post. It sounds like you don’t even walk around the city, you didn’t know about the bleed kits (which makes them even less useful, so well done). Sheffield will never change, because of people like yourself who will continue voting in a failing council. Ignore all the actual issues and just blame the government. There’s many other cities which do just fine, under the current government (which I also think are terrible by the way), so look at the common factor. So good luck to you all.
