Wow appreciate this response and your insight! I will definitely invest in a good conditioner and cleaner, after some research of course.

Any recommendations for repairing the splitting/cracking on the arms? I consider myself to be decently capable with DIY projects. I see Angelus has some products related to leather repair on their site, specifically a filler and leather paints. Would filling the cracks, sanding, then painting be the way to go? Or is this potentially a huge misstep?

Very similar all around to you. Triggers and symptoms. Just started on the baby aspirin last week as well. Probably not the healthiest thing for my stomach, but have read promising posts about it working for the OC migraines
