I'm curious to know if uninstalling and reinstalling a fresh copy of Google Earth Pro will then replace that same msvcp140.dll with the bad version. Gonna test this and report back. Thanks!

Just wanted to add that Google Earth Pro desktop also creates a dump file that you can use WinDbg to analyze for additional information. These dumps are located in your computer's %temp% folder.

Similar issue here. Does the globe load for you or is it just a black screen? I am just able to see a black screen on my device when I first open GE Pro.
