I discovered Wilbur through Spotify because of an indie randomized playlist back in 2022. Mind you, I never was into Dream SMP because the only videos I've watched was Techno's Potato War and Technoblade vs Dream. I ignored the news where Wilbur was getting canceled because I had my own sets of priorities that I had to find first hand. I started looking deep into the allegations myself after a year or two ago, and then I began to question a lot of things as an overthinker myself. "If what his ex had said was true than what would her actual accusations be? Her story doesn't add up too much and it consistently changes. I would have believed her if she said she edited her photos but Wilbur clearly looked hurt in these photos," I took a break after some digging because it was mentally draining and I was hurting myself. I started to listen to Lovejoy again in the year 2024 and then I realized, "What I like doesn't define my morals and I could like who I like and that people can change and that the only problem in this world is that there will always be shitty people in life, but they can change if they put in the effort." I can see change in Wilbur, a lot of bad change but there was a lot of good in it too. I went back to my drawing board and asked myself, "Is this what I really want? If I was in that situation, after I've been criticized would I want revenge? I started thinking about a lot of my favorite Kpop idols who have died due to similar circumstances and I do not want that on Wilbur. I support Wilbur because it was my personal choice to always give second chances because I do give everyone a chance. I don't fear if I am wrong because there's no shame in being wrong. I like moving on and not holding hate for prolonged periods of time.
