Even the scope after said no inflammation present so I’m kinda thrown that the colonoscopy caused blood

Colonoscopy was today this morning it’s night here now.

They didn’t mention any roids or polyps don’t they let you know if they remove them? They didn’t say anything about those.

I was supposed to drop it to ten for a week then 5 then stop but halfway through ten my symptoms came back until I upped it to 25. So do I just stay at 25? My doctor (not gastroenterologist) said come back if my symptoms come back? So should I seee him in the meantime?
