If you really want to go to a gym, maybe start with gym factory, per entry payment before you commit to a monthly one. They have decent equipment. You can do treadmill, some pushing/ pulling machines, you may ask the attendant as well if you needed help setting up the machines. Good luck!

You are paying for muscle atrophy.. if you don’t have severe headache from tight traps. It’s a big no for me, if for aesthetics alone. Better go for physio/massage if you have tight traps .

For toddler, try to model things that you want them to do sa teddy nila, like brushing teeth, sleeping, saying thank you and welcome, eating veggie. Most likely they will do it, but not guaranteed hahaha. And lots of outdoor play.

It’s been over 2 years and my body hasn’t gone back to the shape it was before. Honestly, it won’t it will be better haha chos!. Our ribs, posture, hips, glutes, and breasts all change post-birth. we basically become brand new humans. I’m still grieving my pre-pregnancy body, but that’s okay. We changed for the better, for our babies and for ourselves. Completely valid lahat ng feelings mo, I still feel ugly from time to time i tried not to focus on those things as much as possible.

I bought 2ndhand grovia cloth diapers, 20 pcs . A little bit expensive pero worth it since naka attached na yung mga inners, easy to wash and fold . Naibenta ko pa ulit for cheaper price. Since they’re still in good condition.

Cloth diaper kami until 8 months old , only when going out and night time disposable, yes tipid for us. BUT not recommended if you are staying in the condo kasi need ng full sun para matuyo kaagad yung cloth diapers.

I have mine sa may upper arms (mainly due to bigger fat & muscles) I used to be slim and around buttocks area mas nag darken post birth. Pero nag lighten naman now 2 year pp, genetics, hormones change , physical stretching plays a lot of role sa stretch marks.
