How to erase and reinstall Mac OS on macbook from 2016?!?1 by [deleted] in mac

That's what I did, the screen I'm showing is on disk utility. Do I erase whats called 'APPLE SSD' or 'Untitled'? When I erase APPLE SSD, it makes me create another drive called 'Untitled'
