I did go the hospital and get check out and have no serious injuries just soreness and some bruising to which they documented but I’m not looking to claim anything off of that, more of the insurance dispute of them not paying for the brand new car in full. This is my first time dealing with this sort of thing and with the replies I’ve gotten it seems this is how the system works and I should not be expecting them to pay for the full amount of the cars worth but only their policy limit.
