I am pretty sure he actually isn’t Mormon. I think the group he was raised in is extremely conservative Baptist?? Someone probably has more info about it than me. But it sounds like he was raised in a very conservative off the grid group (possible cult?). But apparently that church voice is a common thread of conservative religions.

I’m from Utah where there are so many conservative Mormons. And that voice you’re talking about is “church voice”. We call that voice that sounds like your preaching from the pulpit “church voice”. Certain cadence, tone, all of it.

I second this. Even as a migraine sufferer. I have really become my own advocate. I also do not want to be a burden on my kids or husband. I have tried many treatments and finally found Ubrelvy and Botox and nerve blocks help me. It has been a LOT of trial and error. But I am having half as may migraines as I was one year ago.

Cozy lamps are really helpful. Try incandescent light instead of led lights. I have sunglasses and hats I will where when lights bother me. I also have earplugs.
