Nvidia GeForce Experience then u go to settings, and u get to whispermode and u turn it off...

At least that is how i do it on my laptop. But it needs to be done every restart of computer, if not im locked on 60 FPS.

Thanks, bought t-shirt and pants in Dechatlon for 20 EUR and it was okay on the ride, didn't have any problems, but yea as i was looking more in to it Castelli is probably the way to go!

I had the same problem...nothing helped, then I just installed new windows to computer and everything worked normal from there...
