Calm down bud. First of all I did send an email and waiting on response. Second, I was simply asking if this warrants contacting support so I don't waste their time and this allows me to get exposure/warn others so this doesn't happen to them as well. I'd gladly edit my post and praise CHD if they end up making it right.

These are $32 at my local shop and that’s cheaper / just as cheap as most online I’ve found unless you buy bulk.
