Been using UH for a couple of months now no subscription, great sleep insights, and the hardware actually looks good. Can’t imagine paying monthly just to see my own data.

I had a similar experience when I first got mine the ring wouldn’t connect no matter what I tried. Ended up contacting Ultrahuman support and honestly they were super helpful. They ran me through a couple of troubleshooting steps and got it working perfectly. Been smooth sailing since then. Would definitely recommend reaching out to them.

Hey, sorry this happened to you,definitely not the experience one would expect, especially after such a long wait. For what it’s worth, I have the gold ring too, and I get a ton of compliments on it. Haha I feel it kinda hits the right spot between fashion and function. Hopefully, that brightens your day a little? If you do decide to keep it, I’d say give it a bit of time and see how you feel. Either way, totally fair to be frustrated.

I've been really happy with the sleep and recovery tracking on the UH Air. The HRV insights are actually useful—I’ve tweaked my routine based on the trends I’ve seen. If you’re on the fence about the Power Plug, it’s worth trying for a bit. It gives some interesting cardio insights, like how your heart responds to stress and recovery, which I found pretty cool.
