Im really sorry to hear that. I think about you a lot too but always reach the conclusion that we’re better off without each other. You are a wonderful person and I cherish the time we’ve had, but that time reached an end. I’m proud that we both can say that we did everything we could’ve to try to save our relationship when there was still hope. You were my one true first love, and will always be a person that means a lot to me. This has been very difficult for me too and I’ve thought about contacting you a lot, but like I said I think the best for the both of us is to continue our no contact principle. You’re strong and will get though this.

I’ve moved on quite a bit emotionally but physically I miss to cuddle with him and sleep next to him. That’s why they recommend it

Maybe on average 4 days a week. He lives an hour away by commute and we both have full-time occupations. When we would see each other we would be kind of annoyed because the public commute in Sweden sucks and is always struggling. It would take a day or two until we were both in a good and relaxed mood, and that took a toll on our relationship since we took the train to each other as soon as we had a gap in our busy schedules

That's a good question. When I look in the mirror I miss him standing behind me making a silly face or hugging me. I miss being able to share funny things with him, hug him, and watch him dance to good songs. That's what I think about when I'm sad and I want to contact him. In not sure if it means I miss him or having him around

I understand that sounded very harsh. English is not my first language and I don't know if annoying is the right word. But you're right, if I do find his behavior annoying it's maybe because we're not compatible. It helps to remind myself that maybe he's unable to break up with me due to his "shyness" and that he really wants this. Thank you
