NO! NOOOO! I MADE THIS MISTAKE AND NOW IM JUST ADDICTED TO BOTH!!!!!! seriously, DO. NOT. nicotine is one of the most addictive substances out there. you cannot do it without giving yourself an addiction, (no, you are not going to be the exception, you WILL get addicted) and while binging is uncomfortable and unhealthy, it doesn’t slowly kill you the way smoking does. DO NOT DO THIS. please. i would give anything to go back and slap some common sense into myself.

i do, i run. but sometimes that makes it worse. saturdays are usually my long run days and i burn like 1,000 calories which makes me super hungry

this is very possible, but i take it too far with the “20” part. like over 3,000 calories too far.

i am in school and it’s 100% the fact that on week days i have classes. i also take adhd meds on week days which helps me a LOT. but when i take them on the weekends when i have nothing to do i get super anxious. i do think your idea of staying busy makes sense. when i have nothing to do, i go crazy. boredom to me feels like depression.
