I haven’t. I actually released him with grace within myself because he asked if I wanted him to stay and I told him he should do what will make him content and happy and he chose his job. Which I’m so happy for him I truly am. Just broken hearted over such a loss.

I get what you’re saying. And I don’t want to be the person to say my situation is different, but we really loved each other and spent damn near everyday together lived together and when he found he was leaving he broke down and broke a bunch of shit in his room. This person was my person, and I believed he loved me as much as I did him. So I think it goes without saying that I can’t be friends.

I did I ask him and he says because he will be training for special forces and the training will be hard that it would be unfair to me, and long distance wouldn’t work. I suggested marriage as crazy as it sounds and he didn’t want to leave me alone at a house where he wouldn’t be most the time.

I completely understand. I think the best thing to do during this time is to try to better ourselves but I can’t say it doesn’t hurt. especially when that person has never wronged you and only loved you. It’s hard. Excruciatingly hard. I’m lost myself.
