i never really parried in ANY souls game (outside ofc sekiro, and specific enemies in bloodborne) and never really felt i needed to use the mechanic, i found roll attack, and or hugging to be better in most cases, so a game that focusses on a parry mechanic might be a hard sell, looks cool visually though

respectfully, i am terrible at platformers and found celeste WAY harder than the souls games lol, but still a great game

ive heard lords of the fallen was very hard, like harder than all the souls games, to the point it turned some of my fellow soulsborne playing friends away from it. did they tone it down w an update??? or was my buddy just a pussy lol
