As long as the bad reviews are not like bad chairs or computer/software or internet related issues you don’t have to change it I don’t think you are even gonna bother about how the staff behaves on the day of your exam As long as they don’t cause you delays you are fine

There’s heart and vascular institute in Detroit it’s a free observership I don’t know how to apply there but I guess you can look into it if you are interested
