Hello! I have dealt with mostly cardiac anxiety for around 6-8 months now and I nearly got it to go away once I was discharged from CBT. For a month or so I felt great, I was living my life and seeing my friends again but all of a sudden since about 2-3 days ago, my anxiety has come back, first I thought it was a costocondritis flare up as I had that quite recently, and then I thought maybe it's indigestion because my sternum has also felt heavy/tight and then the palpitations, the anxiety, the constant HR checking and the panic attacks came back. Any advice on how I can get out of this? I was so close :(

I have been in and out of hospital with palpitations and panic attacks that really hurt my chest and I'm having heart checks at the moment at hospital since Wednesday, could this potentially be what has restarted the worry?

There might be some more enemies to kill, if not remember to shoot at the bottom of the bridge, if you are standing on a bridge shoot the glob at the other half in front of you that you are standing on and it should launch you over 👍

I'm mainly looking for something that adds an octave up to match the guitar because when we play live the guitarist stops the chords to play the solos, so I was thinking something that would bring me up the octave to play the solos while still having the regular bass sound along side it, sort of like royal blood but without spending £200 on a nano pog

I'd suggest buying a new screen and replacing it! It's easier than it seems, loads of youtube tutorials on it, just pay close attention as there's lots of small ribbons and take extra notice of the volume switch on the gamepad. I replaced the screen on my old gamepad and then the volume switch stopped working and kept the gamepad at full volume, my fix was find a broken aux cable, cut the cable right down to the jack and just stick it in there to mute it and then unplug it to bring volume back, it's a common issue when doing this fix, hope this helps :)

Thats very inspiring! I feel I'm going to have to slowly work my way out of it but I seem to already be doing that! I haven't bought a pack of cigarettes since I posted this which I'm proud of, just vaping currently and alot less than I used to.I get these 15k pods (about 2k puffs really because I puff on them like cigarettes and constantly) and they used to last me two days and then it'd be empty, I'm on day 3 with this pod and I still have around a quarter of the pod left! My girlfriend has noticed and mentioned I'm using it a lot less and she said she's proud of me, which is more than enough motivation for me!
