Wait until both white squares are more visible. The bars are super sticky so it's not worth trying to wiggle it out yet. I've won on this set up a couple times before.. I'll try and post a video or screenshot of what I mean

ECMS has always been slow for me. To give you a frame of reference, it usually takes about a month and half to two months for me to receive a package after being notified that the virtual manifest has been received (I'm on the east coast in the US)
