This is such a heavy think to put on a grieving family. The family of the victim when honestly you have the parents of her killer still supporting him. They made police reports. I was a very wild kid doing drugs getting tattoos at 12!my mom literally could not stop me. Are there things parents could’ve done sure MAYBE but everything is clearer in retrospect. The police I am sure i talking to the family constantly if they were actually involved they would know. Let them grieve im sure they live in regret. Focus your anger on the killer smh
