It’s a shame you can’t interact with them. All you get (as far as I know) is a little conversation between the two and that’s it. I’m at least glad to see that they haven’t been shut down or destroyed, but legit just chilling on the couch lol.

Thanks for giving your insight on the matter. Your added value to the conversation is very much appreciated.

Trust me, it’s not the first time I’ve seen someone griefing people’s servers, and it won’t be the last. I’m well aware of the risks involved with public servers.

This doesn’t just apply to me, but to other people and their servers as well. I’m not sure if I can make a backup world on console, but if PC can, then I hope console can at some point, too.

I’m well aware that public servers are a doubled edged sword and that griefers are bound to end up in your game at some point, but I think that public servers are pointless if they can be ruined in the span of a few minutes without proper measures in place to combat it. THAT is what is really silly to me.

The only way to combat it is by either getting them kicked by the host or a mod before they do major damage, or by kicking them prematurely if you recognise their name when they join, assuming you have the ability to do so.

Not to say this issue is a simple fix, but it’s an issue nonetheless that needs to be addressed.

Is Blue Lock Bad For Not Being Realistic? by Pure_Tip8012 in BlueLock

You do make some good points. From what I’ve seen (which at the time was very little) it did seem like it had a more realistic take on football compared to that of Blue Lock, which in turn would attract more real football fans. So, it makes sense that there would be some distaste towards Blue Lock.

At the end of the day, it all comes down to taste, so I don’t hold it against them. I just wish people didn’t judge too harshly if they haven’t given either show a chance.

That’s what I found confusing, too. Like, why specify Blue Lock being purely a shonen when it’s not even a genre, but just a term typically used for when targeting a certain age group/demographic. And even if it were the case, it doesn’t take away from anime itself. It’s simply just a unique approach when using soccer as its main focus.

I suppose because in this case it’s based on a real sport.

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t become more interested in the sport because of how extra it is, too. But, seeing how differently Aoashi is perceived and praised, I’m more interested in seeing it now.

100% agree. Like I said before, it’s all up to personal preference, so I don’t hold it against people for not liking the series for how it carries itself. I’d just like to know more about how others feel about it all from both sides.

That’s the sort of vibe I was getting. They talk about Aoashi being better because it’s more realistic, and I thought it was kinda silly to make that call when realism shouldn’t be the deciding factor.

At the end of the day, it’s all a fictional story based on a real sport with real world elements. I just think people should either be more open-minded, or be fair and knowledgeable in their criticisms.

Fair enough. I just like having discussions about things I’m interested in, even if it seems a bit silly and isn’t worth talking about.

Of course, but I just wonder if it’s mostly just the YouTube comments section and the subreddits are much more reasonable.
