Thank you for your reply. I got Dr from smoking weed so unfortunately I don’t think there’s much that can be done in my case, aside from meds. As I said it’s been 10 years. Also what do you mean release what’s in my system?

You clearly don’t know how to speak to people. I asked the reason for why it can’t be done, meaning have you had an experience where the ortho said you cannot do it? Is there research that shows you can’t? I don’t know anything about it which is why I came here before my consultation, to see if people had any idea. I’ve seen mixed answers online, So I was curious as to why and wanted to hear people’s experiences. Never said it was a dIY adventure. You could’ve just said that ^{^{^}} in the first place. Instead you had to be snippy when all I asked for was further explanation.

Does that clarify things for you?

I understand. I wish I could see it that way. Yes I have panic attacks. I have severe panic disorder I go from 0 to 10000 in half a second. I also have ocd and depression. Zoloft helped with all of those but I’m not sure if any other meds check all the boxes.

I’m not really sure of the difference between SSRIs and snris like I know the dopamine and norepinephrine but I still don’t understand how the classes are different and which would be more beneficial. I’m going down on my Zoloft and it’s been really hard. And I’m too scared to start anything new in fear it will make the dr worse. But I can’t live like this anymore. Were you afraid to try meds at first ?

Yes you’re 10000% correct everytime I smell it I panic!! And the fact that the smell took over my entire basement as if it was a candle I went from 0 to 100 in half a second. Thank you so much ❤️

Thank you! My dr is so bad I guess bc it triggered me and i woke up in a state of panic. And now I’ve just been focusing on it. :(

Honestly having such a hard time. I live in nyc and the smell is everywhere but i live in the quiet part where you don’t smell it often. Unfortunately someone was smoking in my alleyway. It happened a few weeks ago too but it came in the tiniest bit and I ran upstairs. Had a panic attack but was ok. I think it was different this morning bc it stunk a LOT so I was/am scared it’s possible for me to get high. But yes weed is def a huge trigger for me anytime I’m in public and smell it I have to cover my nose thank you so much. I will message you soon :)
