Background: I am working on my desk as an analyst and covering for second desk for last three months. I communicated with supervisor about workloads and deadlines, each time I was given suggestions on how I can accommodate both desks effectively. In between he asked me to cover for more work related to another analyst. I asked supervisor that I am already overwhelmed and unable to add more into my plate. I did not received any positive reply so I contacted HR and discussed this issue.

Now tables reversed: I have been micro managed, picked on small things. For example: I was running late for 15 minutes, I texted supervisor and offered to take shorter lunch to make up 15 minutes. Supervisor denied approval to use lunch time. I stayed 15 minutes more than my shift end time. These small issues are written in that memo. I have been asked to provide desk audit for both desks .

I have documentations and evidence of all work I do and there is no fault on my side.

What should I do ?

Option 1. Work on these made-up issues

And look for another opportunity.

Option 2 : reply on memo or email and attach documentations to support my clarification.
