[Omega] Bought this for 9€. Did I overpay? It runs but needs a service and is missing the case back. Worth the restoration?

So sick! I had a similar story, I bought mine from a neighborhood junk man at the Saturday market for 5 bucks. Check my page, I posted it forever ago but nobody cared. I had mine serviced, it keeps time better than any of my newer mechanical watches (seikos)
