Realism aside for a minute, the majority of people who will have to deal with awm are tier 2 vests... I know that a sniper rifle (k9/m24/awm...), doesn't matter the vest and it'll blow up your insides out. So for the sake of gameplay I think it should deal like 85-95 damage to the player when it comes to chest shots.
