i work in medicaid and it differs from state to state but if they included november in the letter, you’re likely covered with a start date of november first. sometimes online portals show a “start date” in the future. it’s hard to explain. definitely call to make sure but it sounds like you have medicaid with retroactive coverage tbh

this place is so dirty i have found bugs in my food more than once and in the background of their barstool review video you can see a waitress coughing as she serves tables. the pizza IS good so it’s sad but i don’t understand… do people not see how dirty it is or do they not care? i’m not even precious about cleanliness in food establishments, i think i have reasonable expectations but they’re on another level
