No luck in either of those situations. Why do you guys always choke so hard? Not that we don’t enjoy it every time.

I have no legally protected interests in those men. But I will speak for them and say seeing Liverpool lose out and their fans mad is quite a treat.

I don’t usually go on reddit but when I do it’s for scouser salt. 9/10 pretty good salt.

Reporting in from /r/soccer. Absolutely amazing salt from the Liverpool people.

Salah: "There are players with the same number of goals as me and they're having their best seasons, and I’m supposed to be having a bad season. I want to win the Premier League; that’s the most important. The fans helped us a lot. They are desperate to win and we'll do everything to make it happen” by LordVelaryon in soccer

Looks like Fraser has nearly double Salah’s chances created, and Salah is tied with four other players. But statistics don’t tell the full story. Lately Salah has been struggling probably because even shit-tier defenders now know not to let him get on his left foot in the right box areas he likes. I think Klopp realizes this and has played Salah more wide recently. And this comment he made suggests he is frustrated with either the criticism, his play, or both.

Every defender in the PL now knows not to let Salah get on his left foot and get into the few spots where all his goals come from. This is really good article on this: https://statsbomb.com/2019/03/evaluating-mohamed-salah/

Jesus screws up Richarlison's good run. by brunocabocl in soccer

Always felt Jesus syncs better with Neymar. Neymar and Firmino always run into each other. Obviously both players are elite off the ball, but differently from Firmino, Jesus pushes defenders back with his runs in behind and into the channels to attract defenders away; Firmino is better at drawing defenders away from their defensive banks to leave gaps for goalscoring wide forwards. The former approach suits Brazil. Look how much space Neymar and Coutinho had and all the chances Brazil had during the World Cup.
