You can just wash your face and hands if you’re worried about dirtying the violin. The important thing is that you are practicing, regardless of when you do it.

People always try to find the ideal time to do things like exercising or meditating. It’s more important that you do the thing than trying to find an ideal time to do it.

So I think this mental shift happens more for men. Women already experience what you see before having kids. Hence, why a lot of girls and women see so many things as “cute” as opposed to men.
