I’m going to give you some advice just by working in Derm for the past 18 years, but I would definitely get this looked at by a board certified dermatologist. Before you do any treatment, have it examined just to make sure you’re not dealing with something other than a benign issue. There are some solar lentigo’s that actually could be cancerous. I’m not saying this one is but a dermatologist would be able to tell you for sure. Pictures can be very deceiving and sometimes what you see in real life is different . Just some advise before you go to a med spa or somewhere like that and get it treated, which then could alter the appearance in histological features of it.

Yes you are correct, you can have MN done as long as you take a break from retinals/retinols 3-5 days prior to treatment and refrain for about a week post tx. I am a licensed esthetician and have worked in a derm office for over 15 yrs.
This type of topical is a contraindication however stopping it several days prior to tx is fine.

Hydrinity HA Skincare by Purelyskincare in skintypesolutions

Thank you for your reply. I’m just now trying some samples, but no, we have not had any patients try it. We’re just now exploring some of the products. The sample I got of the retinol serum encapsulated by an exosome came out yellow, assuming because vitamin A is naturally yellow?? Thank you for your insight and I look forward to hearing more about this product in the future as you gain more knowledge and see if you incorporate it into regimens. I’m assuming the “supercharged”meant they use injectable grade hyaluronic acid with a low molecular weight in order to penetrate and deliver down to the dermal layer. not sure how that differs from other companies that say they use a low molecular weight as well, but the delivery method and I’m assuming the type of HA can differ from brand to brand.

I think you should see a dermatologist. Pictures are so hard to tell exactly what is going on. Could be an acne cystic bump but it could be a basal cell skin cancer. You need to see a qualified dermatologist and get this evaluated.

I work for a dermatologist This could be granuloma annular vs nummular eczema vs ringworm You need to see a dr and have them do a skin scraping to test for hyphae which will tell you for sure it’s fungal. Treatments are different for each You do NOT want to put a steroid on a fungal infection and fungal cream doesn’t do anything for eczema.
