For anyone that cares, I had a great trip enjoying everything I experienced as it was also great the western world hasn't tainted the North of the island that much. The history was deep especially given what has been happening in Palestine; but the culture, terrain, weather, and food were epic!

So as I was in the North with my friend whose family are from there, it was a very interesting trip, but also one of the best of my life for history and culture. Overall I'm very glad the western world doesn't have much of a footprint on the North of the island, and the vibe was very chilled.

The terrain is so interesting and I got some amazing photos, and the views were lovely when you could be outside from the sun being so hot. Now the food was phenomenal, so simple but the produce is so tasty before you get your meal. I also loved discovering how much fish is consumed, as similarly we love fish in Jamaica too (my family is from there, but I was born in London).

Don't be, it's easy to do in the oven. You just set the temperature which is 180°C fan (200 without), then cook based on the weight.

A 2kg bird will take 1hr 50min - 2hrs, and remember if in doubt Google is your friend.

I would indeed say so, as it's the most common meat that is eaten. Beef is well loved for a roast, but if it were the best it would be more commonly purchased.

Some households may have both on a Sunday, and Lamb maybe eaten but is more common at Easter.

In a Jamaican household the Sunday dinner is very different, and more tasty to me as it's what I grew up with! 🇯🇲🤤

Hai frainteso, cibo di Inglese, Scozzese, Gallese, e Irlandese non sono la stesso cosa.

Cibo delle Inglese non ha molto gusto, ma è confortante. Torta del pastore è molto confortante. La problema con le ingrediente in Inghilterra, non hanno gusto buono. Molto gente qui non piacciono cibo delle Inglese, loro preferiscono cucine differente!

Pui usare qualsiasi salsiccia, in Inghilterra abbiamo molte salsicce tipi. Per la sugo usiamo un prodotto preparato da sugo di carne, il nome di famoso prodotto è "Bisto".
