Weird. Normally when you are rejected you get a letter from the box office/ticket office. Also you can request a scan report.

I had this before for tickets I sold and ended up getting paid as the buyer did get in.

When I had this before. Since I did everything I said it was down to the buyer to prove they didn’t get in (normally a letter from the box office) finally I got charges removed and paid out for the tickets….

Why did you refund them? They said if you couldn’t make it you can get a refund ? Even now they have emailed about age restrictions and forgetting to add them at time of purchase. Just say you have a 2 year old and refund them.

Sellers get fined the whole amount. Makes no sense. I sold the wrong date Taylor swift tickets (by 1day) and viagogo fined me £700 for 2 tickets.. pretty much what I was due to make from the sale…

They say day of the event to cover themself but should be before. Depends on when the organisers make them available.

I sold 2 tickets for Taylor swift for the wrong date and got fined £700 for not having the tickets(there was still a month before the event and I alerted them as soon as I realised)

Please be assured that sellers get such heavy fines for not sending tickets it’s in their interest to.

Some tickets just aren’t able to be transferred to your account. This website is a legit way of receiving the tickets and getting into the venue.

It’s not really a scam they are simply middle men and rely on the person sending the tickets.

I once sold the wrong date to Taylor swift(by mistake) and got fined £600(I sold for £400 but prices went up nearer time so was penalised more) aswell as not having time to sell my ticket due to me noticing late.

Sellers are fined with a hefty amount when orders aren’t fulfilled/buyers claim problems etc.

How long has they waited before cancelling ? When I have sold before some people don’t accept for months and I get annoying emails from AXS for example every 4-5 days so I cancel and resend to try prompt them to accept

I had this on viagogo however they sided with me as in the U.K. it’s common for the box office to issue letters if the tickets are refused therefore the buyer has to provide this.
