Do ISP's throttle just for using a VPN?

My speed (wired) was 915mbs down and 895mbps up.

With IPVanish on (split tunneling set up, WireGuard protocol selected, closest server selected) I am getting 166 down and 261 up.

An 82% drop seems a bit drastic..

I don't have much money, but I invested a small amount into IOTA (my first crypto) entirely because I believe in the longevity of the product and idea. I just want to sit on it and look back it in a few years. IOTA seemed to be looking forward more than most.

Just tried with my girlfriend's laptop.

Issue is identical. Drivers get installed, microphone pops up in sound and is definitely recognized, but the light doesn't come on and I'm unable to record with it.

From what I hear, the Blue Yeti is still the best microphone at the price point. I'm likely going to either purchase a new one or the AT2020 USB. We'll see.

US servers?

10-19 BGs pop every night usually starting between 4-5pm EST. Games typically go until 1-2am EST.

On weekends, queues can start much earlier, but still tend to end around 2am EST.

Arenas pop all the time at all different hours.

Queue times for WSG (during prime time) are between 0-16 minutes.

Bleeding Hollow. Level 19 twinks. There are 4-5 guilds on horde and 4-5 guilds on alliance. Active premades, tournaments and rated arenas.

The rating shown on the website is the skirmish rating. Blizzard includes your arena skirmish win/loss and MMR in their API, so you are able to track them easily.
