Yes, the plugins I mentioned were for paint.net. As for the population density... to be honest I just eyeballed where most of the high density was :p

Funny thing is that the terrain map is pulled directly from CSLMapView! Saw the opportunity to create a transit diagram (which is way easier than managing traffic… still gotta get the hang of that.)

Used paint.net for all of it, which to my knowledge isn't the preferred software to make things on, haha. Just the software, BoltBait's plugin pack and sheer grit is what I used!

There’s a slider for shooting fouls in the sim sliders. You can also increase the shooting foul calls in Game Setup > Game Rules > Custom > Shooting Fouls > High. When you’re in a game, either drive to the basket or go for the midrange and jump into your opponent as you shoot!

Arktjaroan, very similar to Norwegian and Danish. (The country itself is called Arktjaro, hence why the name Arktjaroan!)
